If you have an issue that you would like to have brought to your representative attention and he or she is not responding – let us know at info@fdfny.org.

FDFNY recommends that you first contact your representative via PHONE CALL and EMAIL and then IN-PERSON and follow up by postal mail. These methods are often more effective than any one method alone, which sometimes gets ignored or outright deleted by staffers or the representative themselves.

​We need to apply pressure on elected officials. We take on issues, develop relationships with local, state, and federal officials, develop position papers, and apply pressure for or against issues. JOIN THE TEAM! Yes we will train you up if needed.
