All legal immigration should be halted for at least ten years! Yes I said it and I stand by it! I have been saying it for over a decade now and every day I believe it more.
Something similar to the 1920s with drastic reductions and then go further! We need a modern version of that reset.
This isn’t about cruelty; it’s about national stability, security, and cultural cohesion.
Part of immigration is assimilation. It’s developing a love for this nation and shedding the dysfunction of the cultures people are fleeing. But we don’t have that anymore.
We have millions arriving who bring the dysfunctions of their society with the good and some who openly intend to undermine and over take us from within.
There are those who are naive and those who feign naivety, but the truth is still clear.
America has plenty of her own issues. We don’t need to keep importing more sociopolitical disequilibrium or cultural syncretism, especially without accountability.
“A little leaven leavens the whole lump” (Galatians 5:9).
If we refuse to control what comes in, the character of the nation shifts. Which I get, that is what some want. NOT ME! I love this country.
I don’t know maybe start with some basic common sense?
A temporary halt on all legal immigration
Mandatory E-Verify nationwide
Deportations for those here unlawfully
Closing loopholes that allow asylum abuse
Restoring cultural expectations for assimilation
Stop catering to special interests
We need to be wiser. Get back to the basics
We have a constitutional republic and part of that is constitution says The federal government exists first to protect the people, secure the borders, defend sovereignty, and regulate who may join the nation.
Everything else is secondary! Yes social programs are secondary.
Scripture warns: “Where there is no vision, the people perish” (Proverbs 29:18).
So giddy up folks!
Policy is vision in action — and right now America needs a course correction, not more chaos.
I am thankful to be an American. I’m thankful for our Constitution and the liberty it protects. I want people from around the world to come here, embrace that, and enjoy the same blessings, but right now we are allowing ourselves to be destroyed and our nation be diluted with ideas that are the antithesis of blessings and liberty.
The invasion must stop
That means hitting pause, securing the border, enforcing our laws, and giving those who are here a real chance to assimilate — or, if they refuse, to be found out and sent out.
America is worth protecting.
We need a serious reality check in this country!
